MINDFULNESS AND YOGA.

 Hello everyone its me again today i'm going to talk to you about MINDFULNESS. On Wednesday the 30th of October me and 10 of the other student in TE WAKA AKO went to MINDFULNESS. We had a lot of fun sometimes we do some Indian exercise sometimes we lay and relax and trying to get some sleep we also did some MINDFULNESS. A MINDFULNESS JAR is just like your brain so when you get angry and a storm is inside your mind so when shake the MINDFULNESS JAR it looks exactly like that storm in your brain and that all I can tell you now enjoy the one MINDFULNESS JAR photo that i'm going to show you and see you next Friday.
